Completing a Trip

Marking trips complete is a key part of the daily workflow in transportation. This ensures that all trips appearing on the dashboard, mobile, and printed schedules are only the trips that are still active. *Note: In order to mark a trip complete, you must have a driver assigned.

How to Complete a Trip from the Transportation Dashboard

  1. Click on the Home tab, and then click on the Transportation tab.
  1. Hover your mouse over the trip that needs to be completed. In the list of actions that appears, click the Complete link.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter any Notes in the text field. If you want requestors to see the note, check the box next to Visible to Requestor.
  3. Click Save.

 

How to Complete Multiple Trips from the Transportation Dashboard

  1. Click on the Home tab, and then click on the Transportation tab.
  1. Check the boxes next to the trips that need to be completed.
  2. Click the Complete link at the top of the trips list.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter any Notes in the text field. If you want requestors to see the note, check the box next to Visible to Requestor.
  4. Click Save.
